We are very sorry for the current downtime in some of our locations and the slow ticket response due to an outage with our Cloudflare and WHMCS our automatic provisioning system has failed.

Due to the high volume of tickets responses may take slightly longer than usual, however, all problems have now been resolved and we are working through each customers tickets.

If your ticket was closed due to this problem please submit a ticket via vilayer.com/submitticket.php (department).

All current customers will be given 7 days of extra service.

The system will now allow a maximum of 2 tickets per person without mergeing them into one ticket.
