The first thing you'll need is an FTP Client, I recommend one of the following both of which are free;
FileZilla - http://filezilla-project.org/download.php
WinSCP - http://winscp.net/eng/download.php
Your Port will be: 8821
Your Username will be your ACP Login Username
Your Password will be your ACP Login Password
For the IP, to find this you need to login to your ACP and navigate to the server's main control page.
Underneath the main IP:Port you'll see the IP:Port for FTP;
Normally the IP for FTP is the same as your server's, however sometimes it can be different so double check on your control panel.
How to connect
The first thing you need to do is click this button (In Red) to open the area to save your connection information;
This window will popup
Click New Site and type in a name for it.
Then change the Logon Type to Normal and enter your information for Host (IP), Port, User and Password.
Now click Connect and you'll be connected to your server and displayed with the files and folders on your server.
The first thing you need to do is make sure you've selected "New Site" on the left hand side.
Once you've done this you need to make sure that the File Protcol is set to FTP and not SFTP or SCP
Now all you need to do is enter the information you've gathered for your server.
It should look like this once you're done:
You're now ready to hit Save and connect!
Click Save and this window will popup. I recommend Saving the Password if you're on a private computer, it will save you
entering it each time you wish to edit the gameserver.
Then in the left hand column underneath New Site, you'll see this;
Double click this and a new window will popup with your files for your server!
